I’m a documentary editor and director based in Portland, Oregon, and for 15 years I’ve been finding the thread between them. Some of the work I’ve assisted on has lived at Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, PBS, and Apple TV+, and includes Life After, a Sundance winner, and Pixar’s behind-the-scenes documentary, Good Chemistry: The Story of Elemental.
As a first-generation daughter, I have lived in one culture and survived in another. My background has led me to stories about people who hold more than one world at once, and to why I believe a story told with care can change how we see each other.
